In this blog you will be looking at some interesting facts that you probably do not know about cheetahs. Cheetahs do not need to drink water because they get moisture from the bodies of their prey. The cheetah is often mistaken for a leopard. The cheetah has tear marks that protect their eyes from the sun. Young cubs spend their first year learning from their mother and practicing hunting techniques with playful games”. Cheetahs are born with long gray fur. They are born with long manes on their neck and shoulders but they disappear when they grow older. Cheetah cubs weigh between 9 to 15 pounds when they are born. The main preys of cheetahs are small antelope, birds, hare, and warthogs. Cheetahs can also catchwildebeests and zebras  wildebeests and zebras if they are working together in a group.
